The Human Factor in Cybersecurity

As part of its digital operations, Bondalti is exposed to cybersecurity risks that could compromise the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of critical information, thereby affecting business continuity, service delivery, and the protection of customer data.

Bondalti recognizes cybersecurity as a critical factor for the protection of its assets, operational continuity, and stakeholder trust. In 2025, the information security strategy was aligned with the requirements of Directive (EU) 2022/2555 (NIS2), reinforcing the integration of cybersecurity into the overall enterprise risk management model. Bondalti adopted a proactive approach, anticipating European regulatory requirements.

Business Ethics: The Bondalti Perspective

Bondalti reaffirms its commitment to an ethical and responsible corporate culture through a comprehensive set of initiatives designed to prevent and combat corruption and related offenses. This commitment is reinforced by the Compliance Program, in accordance with the General Corruption Prevention Framework (RGPC).

The programme aims to prevent, detect and penalise any acts that could compromise the integrity of the organisation, including the review and update of the Code of Ethics, now known as the Code of Ethics and Conduct, which reflects Bondalti’s guiding principles and values. In addition, the Regulations of the Ethics Ombudsman and Compliance Programme Officer have been updated.

The adoption of the Plan for the Prevention of Corruption and Related Offenses is a major milestone, as it identifies and assesses potential risks, establishing preventive and corrective measures to mitigate the likelihood and impact of such situations. At the same time, the Reporting Channel has been modified to ensure that all employees, suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders can report incidents safely and confidentially, guaranteeing protection for whistleblowers and a thorough investigation of each case.
